With the SHIMANO DEORE XT SL-M8130-IR RAPIDFIRE PLUS shifter for LINKGLIDE 11-speed systems, you can shift smoothly and quickly for better shifting control on the trail.
The I-SPEC EV shifter is adjustable in many ways, including lengthwise.

LINKGLIDE technology:
SHIMANO LINKGLIDE provides smoother and quieter pedalling and shifting actions that you barely notice. The optimised design of the LINKGLIDE shift ramps ensures smooth chain movement between the sprockets to avoid jumps that can negatively affect riding behaviour. This improvement is particularly noticeable when upshifting, as the shift peak is more perceptible due to the greater forces. Drivetrain stability is crucial for high-torque e-bikes and riders who ride in the same gear for a long time. LINKGLIDE supports smooth and fast shifting and impresses with its robustness.
