Eurol Handwash Gel Hygienic primarily works based on benzalkonium chloride and soaps to kill bacteria and viruses. This also kills 95% of bacteria and virus particles, but much more selectively; it will largely leave the bacteria that ensure a good skin balance undisturbed. Furthermore, it is pH neutral and therefore also gentle on the hands; in other words, skin dehydration and chapping will be much less of a problem with the Eurol product. It also contains alcohol, but not too much (a few percent), so the objections from the SZW list carry much less weight.
